CONSRUCTION OF 1500+700 HOUSING UNITS, PUBLIC UTILITIES, CONFERENCE HALL AND SERVICES, JUFFRA - LIBYA

The project location is situated nearby the Province of Houn, which might be considered the nucleus of the said region. The main scope of the project is to construct a new small town consisting of 1500 single storey and 700 multi-storey housing units complete with the necessary infrastructures, a kindergarten, primary school, shopping center, mosque and similar. The infrastructures include underground power, water supply and sewerage system, telephone and cable television network. A wastewater treatment plant is also to be built. Two water storage tanks, each 800 metric tonnes in capacity, will be constructed. Precast construction elements and flying form systems are being used in the construction works. The project also covers the sewage and water supply network of the Houn City.
