Project consists of the construction of
a large housing complex on a 24,000 m2 land
near Kadiköy pine woods.
There are 440 apartment flats 25 shops
in 8 blocks of the housing complex. Total
construction area is 72,449 m2 and the
recreational areas are 4,757 m2. There
are children play-grounds, sports grounds
and parking areas within the complex.
