Construction of Turkish Embassy Buildings
(Chancery and Residence)
The cutting off the trees as directed by
Engineer, boring a well for water, all kind
of excavation, for foundation level all
kind of concrete and structural concrete,
all kind of reinforcement steel, damp/water
proofing at foundation as per local conditions
if necessary, drainage at basement, backfilling,
and for grade level and super structure
as per schedules and drawings, all kind
of civil, mechanic and electrical works,
excavation, backfilling, blinding, finishes
for walkway around building, excavation,
graded backfilling for the parking areas,
walkways, secondary roads, connection to
main road as shown in drawings, necessary
excavation, backfilling for garden, retaining
walls, sloops, garden stairs, hardscaping,
landscaping, irrigation system as shown
in drawings, preparing green areas, keeping
some existing trees and concrete water tank.
Ventilating equipment, all necessary civil
and electrical works for lighting poles
and accessories, central heating and pumping
system, canals from central units to the
buildings, ventilating system, connection
to local facilities, all kind of insulation
works as per local regulations, and producing
fixed furniture at rooms which are chosen
by Engineer. Costs of all productions to
complete these works, in case of preparig
detail drawings by Contractor, all loading
and unloading, storing, transportation in
and/or out the site, custom taxes, all kind
of official fees by local authorities, contractors
profit and overheads are included in that
lump sum price. |
